Implementation Status of Ethical Management
The Company has adopted the “Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles” and the “Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct,
” approved by a resolution of the Board of Directors, as the guiding policy for the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ ethical management. It clearly prohibits all
unethical behaviors, such as corruption, bribery, leakage of confidential information, monopolistic and unfair competition, and insider trading,
while outlining the measures for prevention, supervision, and reporting.
In order for directors, managers and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries to have a better understanding and promote the Group’s ethical conduct for compliance,
the Company also adopted the “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for the Board of Directors and Managers” and the “Ethical Business Practices,” stating the prevention
of conflicts of interest, profiting from or conveying unjust interests, requirements for keeping information confidential, avoidance of insider trading, and
implementation of fair trade. Additionally, it requires such personnel to protect and use the Company’s assets properly and to comply with laws and regulations,
encouraging the reporting of any illegal or unethical behaviors, prohibiting corruption and bribery, and creating and maintaining a fair work environment for employees’
health and safety, including measures for supervision and reporting. All directors shall sign this Code of Practices when first elected. In June 2025,
the General Manager made the announcement to all employees to emphasize the Company’s strong commitment to implementing its ethical management policy and required
all employees’ compliance in the course of conducting business. In the same month, all of the Company’s managers signed the Statement for Ethical Management.
In August 2025, the implementation status of ethical management was reported to the Board of Directors.
Implementation Status of the Reporting System
June 17, 2025 The Company’s reporting system was established.
As of August 2025, there has been no report regarding unethical management.
Implementation Status of Personal Information Protection Policy
June 18, 2025 The Company’s Personal Information Protection Policy was adopted.
