Human rights policy
The Company strictly complies with the laws and regulations of each operating location and observes globally recognized regulations and rules related to human rights,
including the principles and spirit outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact,
the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Code of Conduct – Responsible Business Alliance,
and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. This commitment ensures that workers employed by
the Company or its domestic and overseas subsidiaries receive reasonable and fair treatment. Meanwhile, it also requests its partners, such as suppliers, contractors,
and clients, to jointly follow the spirit and basic principles of this policy for the overall enhancement of human rights protection.
I、Do not discriminate against any job applicant or employee based on race, class, language, thought, religion, political party affiliation, place of origin, birthplace,
gender, gender orientation, age, marital status, appearance, facial features, disability, astrological sign,
blood type, or former membership in any labor union in order to create a diverse, open, equal and discrimination- and harassment-free workplace.

VIII、Regularly review domestic and overseas trends and movements for human rights, update the human rights policy and management measures,
