Work environment and personal safety protection measures

I、Regular safety and health training and education

Governed by Articles 16 and 17 of the Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Rules.
1.Three-hour general safety and health education is provided to new employees and employees switching positions.
2.Safety and health education, amounting to 3 hours every three year, is provided to existing employees.
3.Organize various safety and health education and training (such as first-aid personnel for three hours every three years).

II、Regularly carry out health check, health management and promotion events

1.Carry out health check for existing employees every two years, and health check for special personnel.
2.Manage and promote health by category pursuant to Article 15 of the Labor Health Protection Rules to protect employees’ health.

III、Routine fire training

Strengthen disaster prevention education, improve personnel awareness of disaster prevention, prevent disasters, and conduct fire training semiannually in accordance with Article 13 of the Fire Services Act and Article 15 of the Enforcement Rules of the Fire Services Act.

IV、Adopt the “Work Rules for Safety and Health” in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and its Enforcement Rules, and announce the safety and health management rules to be followed by employees.

V、Implement automatic safety and health check to protect employees’ personal safety.

1.Firefighting equipment check every quarter.
2.Pressure vessel safety check every year.
3.Maintenance of machinery and equipment should occur at least once semiannually, and employees are required to operate in accordance with standard operating procedures.
