Intellectual property management program
I、Program purpose
   This program is designed to boost the Company’s competitiveness, protect its core technology and brand value, and incorporate the creation, protection,
exploitation, and management of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights) into the Company’s business goals.
II、Strategy for intellectual property management and connection with business goals
     1. Patents: protect core technology and create barriers to entry
     2. Trademarks: boost brand identity to enhance market recognition
     3. Trade secrets: conserve unique manufacturing process and business methods
     4. Copyrights: protect content creation for maintaining product differentiation
III、Scope and measures for intellectual property management
  1. Patent management
     Plan: based on the technology development blueprint, apply for invention/utility mode patents first covering core products and future technologies.
     Maintenance: constantly review the status and monitor infringements.
     Exploit: through authorization, cross-authorization or litigation strategies to create income.
  2.Trademark management
     Registration: ensure trademarks are registered in major markets.
     Maintenance: monitor applications of similar trademarks.
  3.Trade secret protection
     Maintenance: Quarantine of secret documents and limit the access thereto.
     Education: educate employees about the responsibility for and importance of business secret protection
  4.Copyright management
     Proof: reserve the proof for important content.
     Maintenance: monitor infringements.
IV、Execution
   In accordance with the Company’s “Regulations for Intellectual Property Management,” take related actions to implement intellectual property management and maintain the Company’s core values.
The intellectual property management program of the Company is implemented as follows:
I、Major implementation
   In 2010, adopted the “Code of Conduct for Employees” to regulate employees’ protection and legal utilization of intellectual property,
as well as their duties to keep business secrets, while stating the Company’s ownership of all intellectual property regarding patents,
trademarks or works arising from or related to employees’ jobs. Such rights and duties are also stated in the employment contract.
   In 2010, adopted the “Code of Conduct for Directors and Managers” stipulating that directors, managers or personnel who have the
rights to company management and signature are responsible for keeping company and customer information or undisclosed information confidential.
   In 2012, adopted the “Principles of Ethical Management” providing that when carrying out business, employees shall comply with related
regulations regarding intellectual property, internal procedures and contract terms and conditions without infringing others’ intellectual property.
   In 2025, adopted the “Intellectual Property Management Program”
   In 2025, adopted the “Regulations for Intellectual Property Management program” to clarify the responsible unit for intellectual property.
II、Overview of intellectual property registration
   Overview of intellectual property registration of the Company (as of April 30, 2025)
   Patents: A total of 23 patents, including 5 in the US, 2 in China, 2 in Korea, 3 in Japan, 3 in EU, 1 in Singapore and 7 in Taiwan.
   Trademarks: A total of 68 trademarks, including 53 domestic trademarks and 15 foreign trademarks.
